For over 57 years Bauernfeind Business Technologies has been serving: School Districts, Government Offices, Municipalities, Counties, Religious Organizations of all Denominations and Individual Businesses, within the 23 counties located in central and northern Wisconsin. BBT has consistently received sales and service awards throughout: almost: 60 years of serving Central Wisconsin. Every year since 2006 we have received the coveted Pro-Tech Certification for service excellence that Konica Minolta only awards to dealers that meet their high standards of training, response time, inventory, and technical preparedness. Our focus is dedication to customer service, community involvement and the ability t:o effectively provide customers with unique and innovative document solutions. Today's offices have undergone tremendous changes with the advent of personal computers, networks & the internet. To provide our customers the best support for these changes we have partnered with INFITECH for IT services including: Computer & Networking Services, Web Hosting, Telephony, Security Cameras, Email span filtering, and Backup & Recovery Services. We take pride in our staff of almost 30 employees, seventeen of which are factory trained Konica Minolta, Kyocera Mita, HP, & Ricoh Certified Technicians. We offer training with every piece of equipment that is leased or purchased by our professional training staff.
