Was told by the service manager Jim Firnstahl that $894.45 was a "fair bill" for towing an empty dump truck with no trailer 12 miles one way, a diagnostic scan, and not replacing but splicing 3 battery cables. He was at no point even going to consider reducing the charges, then laughed and told me "good luck" when I told him I was going to be leaving reviews everywhere I could about them. I'm not stupid. I know that there are shop rates and towing rates etc. HOWEVER that amount of money was waaay out of line. I would advise all who will listen to steer way clear of this place. And no I was not pleasant with this smug gentleman when I seen he was not interested in helping me in any way.
