I had to change Doctors because of an insurance change and got stuck seeing these people at Tri county as they were listed as my primary care provider...The nurse called me back and paid no attention as I tried to tell her what meds I was on but she proceeded to tell me about her illnesses then the PA came in and would not listen to a thing I was trying to tell her and she was also uninterested in the meds I was taking as well! They called a few days later to tell me my blood work results but would not say anything except the test was abnormal and I needed to make an appointment to come back in. I called my insurance company that same day and they informed me I could change coverage and go back to my old Dr. I signed a release so they could get the blood test results and to this day they have not been sent! I went to their office and they charged me $5.00 a page for the results!!!

I've been going to this office for over 8 years. The staff is always friendly and the office is nice and clean. Wait times vary depending on severity of the illnesses the doctors and nurse practitioner are treating, but the wait is usually very short and reasonable. This is a great office and I am glad I found it!

Most unorganized medical office I have ever been to. Terrible staff, terrible wait time, dirty office.

I saw Dr. Toby Hampton with a sinus infection. He was fast and gave me a sinus cocktail shot that made me feel better within a day. The clinic is clean and professional. A++++

This is a wonderful place to go when you need to be seen quickly. It is much fast than the ER at Volunteer Hospital and the staff are very friendly. They did my x-ray right there in the clinic when I hurt my foot. Definitely give them a try. You will appreciate the time you saved.

Debra Cannon is the nurse practitioner there now and she is awesome with my children. I love this place. The staff is nice and they are quick.

I took my 1 year old son on a Saturday. He was running 103 fever since the night before. After waiting 2 hours to be seen (with 2 patients ahead of us) the Dr finally came in and spent less than 5 minutes with my son. Ran no tests, took no swabs. Simply looked at nose, ears, and mouth. Diagnosed my son with upper respitory infection, even though he didn't even have a cough, and have us an antibiotic. I took him to our Dr. Wed and we found out he was completely misdiagnosed! The amount of time (or lack thereof) and attention and lack of care he paid my son. Severely angered me. I won't be back.

Was good until they got a certain doctor there will not mention names she is female well she is rude. Will not listen to patient and does not even look at chart see what other dr might have done. I will die first before going back if certain doctor is there.

I was very sick and I was treated very well by everyone. They were very nice and treated me kind. I will definitely go back for myself and my family. I feel much better.

I've been there several times over the past few years and have had great experiences every time. The doctors and nurses have been excellent and as far as having to wait for a bit well to me its worth it because I know I will be taken care of just like they do everyone else. And also as far as the paper work to be completed, that is understandable because they all have a license to protect and some people, not all, are just looking for a pill to take or sell, so you might wanna think outside the box on that one! Just think if your child is buying prescription drugs and abusing them?? Guess what they got them from somebody so I understand they are not only protecting themselves and the clinic but protecting others as well! Keep up the great work Tri County! My family loves y'all!

I went there to get my blood pressure meds refilled last year because I did not have a primary doctor. The young girl checking me in asked what I was there for and told he to get two medications refilled. She said, "oh you are here to get pain medicine." I was so shocked that I did not say anything at the time. I do not take pain medicine except for once when I had three wisdom teeth cut out. I got my medications refilled but changed to another clinic and will never go back there. I am still angry about the situation but never did report it.

I am so happy to have a place to carry my kids to without an appointment. I love this place and it is definitely a clinic that I would recommend.

I arrived at the clinic 15 minutes before opening. I was 4th on the sign in sheet, but had to wait one hour and 45 minutes, then I was examined by a nurse practitioner who spent less that 60 seconds in the room. I also had to pry a real diagnosis out of her because she just wanted to write a prescription and get me out of there ASAP. It is the second time I have been there, and I will continue to use this clinic as a last resort only.

I carry my Kids to this clinic and had the best care. I feel each provider listen to my concerns and addressed all my kids problems. The office staff and nurses were very nice and concerning.

crazy paperwork demanding you give up your legal rights in order to be properly treated. Demand signature in order to treat illness that has accompanied pain, pain is documented but untreated if refuse to sign paper, they blood and urine test when paper is signed, can demand patient return for more monitoring tests ( not related to illness or injury), at any time, demand presence within hours of call, if no show, out of town or no way to get there, then patient is listed as drug user, and refused treatment in future, plus made up stuff.. ie.. drug user.. on file follows you. avoid if possible. easy to get appointment, same day, long as you are not in pain fine, if you sprain, break an ankle or anything else, or hurt your back with documentation, will not treat you correctly uness you sign away your rights and privacy...ignores Hippocratic oath, if they dont treat for pain, without that paper. they are not following the law that states you have a legal right not to be in pain, that patients have a right to be treated, this is nothing more than medical blackmail.
