I take my dogs to get there nails cut there, I asked for the nails to be short and she snapped at me. The place seems ok to me but because of the reviews and talking with others I wouldnt leave my dog there with her. I really hope she's not hurting animals.

I went and had my dog groomed by Denise. I read the mixed reviews on yelp and the one review here. It's close to my home and you can never really 100% trust them (people are more likely to complain than praise) so I decided to give it a shot. She was very knowledgeable and understanding ( my dog is old and has special needs) it was no problem at all she made suggestions as to how to make my dog's haircut work better for him. I was really happy about that. I needed him at a specific time she accommodated that too. When I picked him up he looked great and smelled great. I would recommend her to my friends. The only thing I could say needs improving is it smelled a little stale and doggy when I came in. Other than that it was great!

I witnessed physical abuse to a dog by this groomer Denise. I have since found out that former employees have also witnessed physical and verbal abuse towards dogs, especially the uncooperative ones. She is now doing business at 821 Escobar in Martinez.
