Hmm, first off I want to tell you that it is really uncool to air your dirty landry in public, didn't your Mama teach you that?

Did you want a groomer or a social experience? If the groomer looked like a troll and spoke like a drunken sailer, who would care of she were the most loving and proffessional groomer you had ever met? If you want truth, talk to Deanna, if you want somebody to tell you what you want to hear don't talk to her, she comes from truth, I think, and if you can't handle the answer don't ask the question!!

I have had amimals all my adult life, I am Mama to two dogs and a Ferrel cat, and yes Deanna is my groomer. My dogs come home calm, clean and happy. In my opinion, and only mine, Deanna is a strong woman, who must be doing something right because she has had her own business for years, and one can't do that without doing it well and have clients coming back. She is spunkie, fun and full of life, and will call it how she sees it, and if you don't want to hear it don't ask.

I can't say enough good things about her and her shop, without sounding like a stalker!! But I gotta say that if you want a woman that knows what she is doing inside and out and you want your pets coming home happy and clean, then Deanna is the groomer for you. She is the BEST there is out there and she will have my dogs till they die.

Again I gotta say, ask yourself what you want, a great groomer, or somebody telling you what you think you want to hear? We don't all love our dentests, but we keep going back, right? Being friends with Deanna is just the bonus that comes along with her beaing the best groomer. Thank you.

Our experience with Deanna has been mixed. She does seem to work very well with dogs but her interpersonal skills (ie. between humans) leave much to be desired. I was looking for a special person to groom our special dog. This goes without saying. But I also need a groomer who is prepared to provide some degree of service to the dog owner! I found Deanna to be very controlling with regard to appointment scheduling. She was completely unwilling to reschedule when I had to cancel an existing appointment.

I shall continue my search for a groomer who can provide both great grooming skills and customer service to the dog owner.
