Yeah this place is a dump. people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and doing drugs. everyone is rude they just stare at you the whole time when your walking from your car to your place. my wife is scared to walk in the parking lot by herself day or night. your car will get trashed cause no one gives a f. a resident sells tires out of there apartment and stores them in abandoned cars in the parking lot. stay away from this place pay a little more to live somewhere else. the quality of living here is poor.

The management at muir park condos are the most unintelligent group of people I have ever met. When we moved in the place was still a mess. The carpets were dirty and there was mold all over in the bathroom. They were supposed to come and clean it but never did, even after several calls. In fact when ever something breaks, and it does all the time, it takes several calls before they even get back to you. Sometimes they don't respond at all. My car and our neighbors has been broken into more than once and management will not do anything about it. Today I got woken up at 6am by jackhammers in the parking lot (some sort of construction)which is fine but not at 6am! Also there are signs all over the parking lot saying "no parking due to construction", fine no problem. So I called management to ask them where I can park my car because I'm not leaving my house today. No response from them. Finally I walked down to the office. The stupid manager lady tells me I'll just haveto leave for the day so my car won't get towed. EXCUSE ME? Your trying to tell me if I stay home today my car is going yo get towed? She said "yes, unless you want to park your car a half mile away and walk back. It seems to me that if your going to close off the entire parking lot at once you should have some sort of alternative parking for your tenants. I do not recommend living here as long as this woman is the manager. She doesn't have the intelligents necessary to run an apartment complex. I have never met a bigger idiot in my life. I'M MOVING!!!!!!!!!!!
