My pool heater stopped working and they installed a new one for me at a decent price. Didn't have to wait too long for a spot either. All I can say is they get the job done.

They are pleasant to work with. They take time to answer my questions and ease my concerns and never make me feel stupid, as I am a first time pool owner and am still learning basic pool care. I've had them work on my pool twice now and I will continue to call on them in the future.

Fair pricing, great workmanship, wonderful work ethic and the best customer service! After my repair was complete I received a thank you card and a box of cookies from the owners. My new heater and gas line were installed the same week I got the estimate. Call them, you won't be sorry.

I just terminated their service today. Owner came to house, started yelling and pointing his finger at me, after breaking his word on yet another completion date. They wanted 10% upon signing and 50% upon beginning work. Beware! They were sloppy, left messes, had to replace skimmer twice as they cracked the first one, then tried to deny it? They never followed through with contract, then tried to manipulate contract? My job here began in March, and was supposed to be a 7 day contract. Today is May 18th. Very unprofessional.

I needed a pool company to help out with some repairs. I was fortunate to be referred to darren at second genenration. He was very helpful and he knew his stuff! I was impressed with the "good old boy" attitute and his prices were fair. I appreciate knowing that there are still some companies out there that have compassion and are honest.

Great Company

This company is the BEST! The owners were very accomidating to my needs and helped me out way more than any other comany had. I needed some minor repairs done and pool chemcal service they not only fixed my repairs but to continue to help me with questions I still have I can call anytime and I know that if they do not answer right then I will get a call back real quick. This is the BEST pool company out here, and I would reccomend this small business to anyone who will listen. Thank you 2nd generation for being polite and knowledgable.

I had this company come out fix some of my equipment, They answered my call even though this is a very busy season no VM. I had an appointment within the week and the customer service was phenomenal. I needed a company to also take care of my pool chemicals 2nd Generation surely did a great job. My pool is clean and clear, I think that any company that has this much experience could never do any wrong. Thank you, 2nd Generation Pools from a very unsavy pool owner.

Weekly Pool Service

At first they were great. They quickly went out to our house, which is tenant occupied and gave us a quote within a day of calling. They got our pool back to where it should be as the PH levels were way off. But then after only a few weeks of servicing our tenant noticed that they had not logged in for 2 weeks in a row. As soon as she notified us of this I called immediately and asked for them to call back. I did not hear back so I emailed them at which time they responded that it apparently rained on our service day 2 weeks in a row (we live out of the area so have to rely on our tenant to keep us up to date) so they did not come out. I emailed back asking that in the future they keep us posted of anything preventing them going out so I can inform our tenant and we are kept in the loop. I also asked if we could work something out where if that happens in the future they can make up the service day on another non-rainy day so that our pool does not go without servicing but I never got a reply.



They did go out on the next service day but then again the week after they did not show up and our tenant said the weather was beautiful. Our service day was a Monday so I called on Wed. and left a message but no response. I called again on Friday and left a message but no response. When Monday came around again (our service day) they again did not show up so I called once more and left a message that if I did not hear from them by the end of the day we would be discontinuing service. I did not hear back so e-mailed them that night that we were discontinuing service and outlined why. That was a week ago today and still have heard nothing from them.



I would never recommend 2nd Generation Pool Service to anyone! Their customer service and business practice is apalling!

Excellent customer service!!

We recently purchased a house that has a pool, but have absolutely clue how to maintain or work anything! I called 2nd Generation to get some information on pool services pricing. Not only did I get prices, but she explained how I could save some money and do some work on my own. It was a quick answer to get me off the phone, she actually spent time explaining the basics. I would recommend them 100 %!

WOW!!! What a great company. So professional and Knowledgeable, I called regarding a very bad leak I had in my pool, 2nd Generation answered my call (I know right) usually it a machine with other companies. They had someone out there to test my pool and had an estimate and my pool was fixed in a matter of days. I am very excited to share this RARE gem with everyone. This is a wonderful company and I would reccomend it to all. 2nd Generation stands behind there work and their name says it all! Good prices and they are experienced thats what I liked. Underground Pool Leak

What a great company! I had a pool leak and had another company come out to find the leak. They marked the leak, but the estimate for repair was high, so I called 2nd Generation Pool on the recommendation from my pool guy. They were courteous on the phone and came right out to give us an estimate which was very reasonable. On the day of repair, the owner said he did not believe there were any pool lines in the location where the previous company had marked the leak. He recommended hooking up his equipment to check for the actual location of the leak instead of possibly paying twice for breaking up the hardscape in two places. Sure enough, the leak was actually 5-6 feet away from the original marking. His experience/expertise ended up saving us alot of money in the long run. After repairing the leak, he did a great job in matching up the best that he could to the existing hardscape. It actually looks much better than I had expected since our hardscape is approximately 15 years old.

I will definitely use 2nd Generation Pools for my future pool needs. They have been in the business many years, are very courteous, return phone calls promptly, and perform quality work at competitive prices.

My pool was green and I called 2nd Generation Pools they were kind and explained their prices and how they would fix my problem. I think I got my moneys worth my pool was clear in about 3 days and the price was very compettitive, I want to thank 2nd Generation for taking the time to teach me about my pool and not try to rip me off. I would definetly refer this company to everyone.

I would like to say that I had a pool company, unfortunatley they did not do repairs I would always have to wait for another company to come out and service my pool. I heard from a friend that 2nd generation was very good, I called them and I can now say that I am completley happy with my new pool company. I never have to wat they are so informed about all of the pool business. It is very comforting to know I have such a good pool company there to help me when I need it.

I have tried calling pool companies in the past and all I get is a recording. So annoying right? Well you should call these people here. Every single time I call I get a nice speaking paitent live person on the other line. I never have to wait, Well I had many problems with my pool the motor was leaking, my filter was not working properly, the chmeicals were out of whack. Alot of problems well I called and in 2 days there was someone at my house and fixed everything for me. The price was terrific and the workmanship was great this company has alot of expeirence and are the best in my book.

Pool Cleaner

I was looking for a pool company to clean my pool and found this one they have alot of experience and have pride in the work they do. Darren the owner always cleans off my patio before he leaves that way anything that is left on my decks don't get in the pool. I really like the service I have recived so far I have tried other pool companies and have been disapointed! Not with this one they really know what they are doing if you need someone to take care of your pool CALL THEM!!

I called this company to have a filter installed promptly because my pool look BAD!! & they returned my call quickly and met me at my house. The owners are the people who actually do the work! I was so impressed that I would definitley recommend Second Generation Pool Service to everyone.
