Kevin is my father, I've been without heat for almost two weeks now and I've constantly got the run around. First it's the limit switches, then it's the gas valve, not to mention he's the biggest flake . I can't even get a returned call or day he can fix it, mind you my 6 year old daughter is here on winter break, wrapped in 4-5 blankets and space heaters to stay warm . He's full of promises and comes off as a great guy but in the end he never follows through.

For anyone who has went through him I feel sorry, we've went on trips where he tells me "it's on my customers, I change their prices or add stuff they don't need" all in order to accommodate himself. I've been on jobs with him where he knows who's calling and ignores the calls because he doesn't want to deal with that particular customer .

I would never RECOMMEND him to anyone for the sake of being embarrassed and the fact that if it doesn't involve profit for him, 90% of the time he will not do it . If this man leaves his own granddaughter without heat, what makes you think he'll help you ?
