I bought a BMW X5 here with cash in full. Omar said the oil was changed and that he would fix a piece that needed to be upholstered prior to selling it. I didn't put more than 3k on the car and the oil light came on. Since the oil light came on so quick, I called Omar to see if I should simply take it to the dealership or to see if there was something wrong with computer since the light came on so soon. He urged me to bring it to him so his technician Jaimie could look at it and so they would upholster the piece. Jaimie changed the oil and since he didn't do the job properly the oil splattered everywhere. I took it back so they could fix it. Upon picking up the BMW the car would not start. Omar ran inside to get his battery charger so he could charge up my battery. I thought that was strange but he said it only happened b/c they must have left a light on. He also told me he was unable to do the upholstering as promised and did not offer anything in return. Long story short I ended up taking my car to Taylor BMW so that they could replace the battery. Rocky at Taylor BMW let me know the oil splatter caused $2975k worth of damage to the car and ending up having to replace the battery along with redoing the oil change since it was done improperly. After speaking to two BMW dealerships they both confirmed Omar's caused the damage and my battery should have not died so quickly. I'll be opening up a BBB claim since Omar has not done the right thing. I have given him more than enough time but have had zero offers from him. I've also included pictures of the paperwork from BMW so others know this is a legit review and I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I had been without a car for over 2 years due to bad credit and lack of a big down payment. I went to Omars and left with a car that day! They got me financed and worked with my credit. I've never met car salesman that care as much as those at Omars! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

I was sold a lemon. The car had not been properly serviced at the time of sale.

On July 31, 2014 I bought a 2003 E320 with 86,200 miles from Omar's Auto sales. he told me the car had been serviced and all the mechanical issues had been resolved. that was untrue his mechanic told me the car only had the oil topped off and other fluids filled. on August 5th I started having problems with the car I called the dealership I was told to have the battery checked I went and had the battery checked the battery turned out okay. on August 10th the braking system went out on the car the ignition switch/key malfunctioned and one other malfunctioned popped up. I took the car back to the dealer. after arguing for a little over 30 minutes being treated rudely they agreed to fix the vehicle. he kept the car for maybe 3 weeks. I got the car back around the end of August or the beginning of September. on September 10th the car messed up again. I called the Mercedes dealership where Omar took the car to be serviced to see if he had any repairs done to the vehicle they informed me that they gave him a list of needed repairs he opted out of all of them. he told me that I dropped the keys in water and that I was the cause of the malfunction to the car key, however the keys never touched water. I called the dealership to verify this claim they told me the keys were old and warn out and needed to be replaced and the malfunction had nothing at all to do with water damage. he told me he took the car to a mechanic that works on all of his foreign cars for the repairs to be done. on September 17th I went to his mechanic to see if the car had been repaired he told me that the car had not been repaired and that he told Omar that it would be 2000.00 dollars to fix the issues that was going on with the car. he informed me that Omar told him to just flush the braking system in the car and clear the codes. the mechanic told him that the clearing the codes would only work for a temporary period of time and it was not a permanent fix to the vehicle. I have had this car for less than 2 months. as of today September the 17th of 2014 the repair bill on the car stands at nearly 4000 dollars that almost half of the price he charged me for the car. I was lied to at the time of purchase I was told the car had been safety checked and service and their was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle. after I took the car back to Omar he told me that he made all the repairs that was necessary and recommended by Mercedes Benz of Augusta and by his mechanic all of these claims were untrue. I called him and told him what both of the people he took the car to said about the repairs. I was told to go find a better car if that one is giving you so many problems. it is unethical to sale lemons or cars that are far less than safe to drive.

Nice customer service and helped me out with purchasing a vehicle from them. Definitely using them in the future. Thanks yall!

Beware! Do not purchase a used car without getting at least a 30 day warranty!! Omars Auto Sales sold me a 2005 Dodge Magnum that had electrical issues with it..I didnt know until Day 22 of ownership! I told the car salesman, Marwan, and Omar knows about the issue and they both didn't care that this is a safety hazard! Basically what happened is my gauges went out...none of them work! So now I hav...e to fork over 700 bucks to fix the issue which has me in tears! It goes to show that everything that glitters IS NOT gold!

good deals, salesman did his best to get me approved. I would highly recommend this place for people looking to get approved with lower interest rate. My credit isnt that great but they put the time and effort and approved me with multiple banks. I actually had the option to choose whats best for me.

I bought a car from here and the owner OMAR did not send the proper paperwork to the company that supposedly approved the loan for me. so after over 20 days having the car he harassed me at both of my places at work and sent 3 repo trucks after me when I was trying to leave work, with my toddler child in the car I had to to call the police on them 3 separate times. The fake "court ordered repo guy" was a complete criminal and was arrested the next day. Also the VIN number given to me for the car did not match the car I had to call the police over this also when I got a letter from my insurance company that the VIN number given did not match this car because the car was possibly stolen. After I handed over the car since I was being followed by 3 tow trucks with my child in the car I just handed it over even though the police said the papers the repo guy had were probably fake which turns out they were indeed FAKE. Omar and this guy tried to make false paperwork from a bank that does not exist and said they filed a repossession on the car and told me it would go on my credit. How can a bank repo a car they never financed? they can't. AFTER ALL THIS- I demanded my down payment back repeatedly and he told me he had to pay sales tax, bank fees, cleaning fees, and a ton of other BS he came up with, every time myself or a family member got in contact with these scammers it was a different story. after a demand letter was sent he tried to refund me 500$ of a $1800 down payment saying there was a "daily use fee" repossession fee & restocking fee. which is ALL FALSE. so after all these issues please RUN AWAY from this place as far as you can!!! go to a legit dealership and pay the extra money in the long run because you will not regret it. you will regret going through this mess and being left on the side of the road car less with no down payment back & have to wait to go to civil court and all this mess.

I recently got out of a nasty divorce and needed an affordabel car. I tried to get approved couple other places but they werent able to get me approved. The salesmen at Omars worked their tail off until they got me approved. They promised that my credit score will improve in the next 6-12 months. They really put an effort trying to get me approved. I was reffered to them by a friend of the omar.

Omar is so rude and he don't no what he be talking about and he don't keep his word ill never buy a car from this place please stay away from this car lot

They were rude and unprofessional. I just came to test drive a car to see if I wanted to buy it. The owner Omar, stated I could test drive the car I did have the deposit for the car. First of all, I was waiting on my taxes and I didn't know if I would even like the car. I was nasty and rude about it.

reasonable prices, very ethical and patience on payments. On several occasions i couldnt make my payment on time, but these guys didnt rush to repo my car they gave me few extra days to make the payment. Unlike most car lots here in augusta they are professional, friendly and honest about their business. I was very satisfied by their service
