The products are well made, however the customer service is terrible. I also received the "next week" answer when calling about my piece. When it finally arrived, it was damaged and the man in the store acted like it was no big deal. He finally gave me 30.00 off which was nothing. My fear was when I got the piece home we would not be able to mount the hutch to the desk properly. I was correct. He was NOT concerned about having a satisfied customer and was perfectly okay selling a damaged piece of furniture. We will NEVER buy another piece of furniture here. We would rather take a drive for better service

Bought an entertainment stand from here a year ago. Really was happy with the piece. I had an unfortunate accident that the door on the stand got broken. I took the door to them on Aug 18 to be repaired, after a month i was told its going to the finishers i will have it in a week. A week later they forgot to pick it up. A week later they forgot again. The next week they had an accident and it had to be fixed again. Finally today October 15 i get the door and the stain doesn't come close to matching. Looking at the new door they made its not even the same make. If a zero tating were possible thats what I would give them. INCOMPETENT very bad customer service.

Will I ever get my piece of furniture?!?

We had great customer service when ordering a piece of furniture almost 10 weeks ago. At the time of purchase, we were told it could be stained and would be ready in 4-5 weeks! It's almost 10 weeks later- I've called twice and each time were "the next couple in line" and should be ready soon. They say they'll call as soon as it's ready! Good luck if you order (ours was from the show room floor- I'd hard to see the turn around time if it wasn't there!)
