Been since Oct. 2007 trying to close on a double wide house. They have come up with every reason under the sun why we can not close. They hired an engineer that has never been to the house and will not sign off on the certificate so we can close. We have went deeper into debt since we started. Went there trying to get out of debt and now we are in over our heads. It is now Nov. 20,2007 and still have no closing date in sight.
