I'm very happy with the service I received last night, I called because my heat was out when I got home from work. There was an ice storm but they came out in the evening anyway and my heat was fixed that night.

will never go after the treating phone call i got from dj knotts who work there and it's bad I'm disabled and how he made fun of my disability and threatened me and my family where the police had to be called i would not recommend

2 years ago i used these guys for the second time and that was my second mistake. the first time i used them i had a new system install, few years later it had issues. it was impossible to get them to my house and when they finally did they were very rude. I used them again because i saw the owner at the home show and he swore things were better. so i took a chance and he sold me 2 units for a house i renovated. the contract was wrote i would install and they would charge refridgerant and do start up. when that time came i could not get them out. the receptionist tried to say the contract didnt include line sets. which it was written on the contract. she would screen my calls and not answer and when i would call 2 minutes later from another phone she would answer and be very rude. I finally was able to get them to fulfill there portion of the contract after weeks of them dodging my calls when i told them in a voice mail if they didnt return my call by noon i will see them in magistrate court. suddenly they had someone come out to finish the job. the employee had nothing good to say about the company himself. Best advice after being burned twice, Run from this mess. once they get the money they dont care.

Had a new unit inside and out put in. They had to come back twice replacing parts to get the ac to work, then when winter hit low and behold the heat didnt work. when we called to complain the receptionist hung up on me then screened our calls and wouldnt answer the phone or return our calls.. Been dealing with them for a month and still no heat. Finally got a call through and receptionist said we didnt pay for a new line set, when i asked what the line set had to do with the emergency heat she hung up again so i drove over to there place of business and the door was locked. If i get no heat soon my next call will be to a lawyer.

Contacted this company on a Saturday morning. The office is not open on the weekend, but the phone is transferred to someone's cell phone. I know this because we were initially cut off, but she called back immediately. It was very hot that day, so there were already 3 calls ahead of me, but the lady who answered the phone told me to expect a phonecall from the repairman that would be coming, he would call when he was on his way. He called me about an hour and a half later and said he would be here in an hour. An hour and 15 minutes later he arrived. He began looking at my system and I received a phonecall from the lady I spoke to earlier, just to make sure he had called or arrived. Though I had to pay emergency fees because it was a Saturday, the cost was not nearly what I expected. As it turned out, I needed my system replaced (it was 12 yrs old). Monday morning my unit was ordered and Tuesday morning they were already installing it. To my surprise they deducted the charge for Saturdays visit and I was only charged for the new unit and install. I have since purchased a maintenance agreement & have been pleased with their service every time. I definitely recommend this company.
