Went to get a bike for my son and had an awesome experience. They were very helpful and even let my son ride around to try out the bike. Highly recommend!!

Yeah I called about a tune-up on a Schwinn the guy was not only rude but arrogant. His words! We really only work on high end bikes bought from a you know a bike store. Personally i dont know Arron is but he's a real douche bag on the phone!

I recently went to EP Bicycle to find a tire for my Trek Hybrid. They looked and came back with the wrong size. I tried 2 other places and the size I wanted was not in stock. I told him I would have to buy through Amazon. He blew his stack, He got very angry and was very unprofessional, forcing me to leave the store. He did not even ask if he could order the tire as the other shops did. Never have I been treated like this. I am a senior biker and kayaker , but will never be back for sure

Very nice business. Customer service is wonderful and there is a huge selection. I would recommend EP Bicycle to anyone!
