My husband and I received several quotes from local HVAC businesses, and decided to go with Johnson and Johnson in Martinsburg. We had an oil unit and a 30 year old central air unit. We wanted to upgrade to all electric heat pump since natural gas is not available in our neighborhood. I am beyond thrilled with the whole process. They were professional and courteous. The entire process from the initial call and estimate to the end of the installation was easy and no stress. I was expecting a lot more of a headache for us, but I was pleasantly surprised. The Lennox unit works beautifully, and the customer service that we received was wonderful. We've had the unit since Spring of 2015, and we have no complaints! They even checked in after a few months to see how things were going. Thanks Jason and all of your crew for a wonderful job! I've given out several referrals. We are extremely satisfied with our new system AND our much, much, much lower heating and cooling bills!

Not impressed. I asked the main office if they service and clean natural gas fireplaces and was told that they did. After having the head of the company come over, I was left with a $170 bill for a clean fireplace that I cleaned myself and a fireplace that still didn't work. The bill was for his diagnostics...Ouch!

I have been using Johnson and Johson since they started business. They have installed two hvac units at my office and one hvac unit at my home. Installation was neat and professional. Service when needed has been provided without any problems at a resonable rate. The company does not over sale their installation and service by adding parts that you don't require. Would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting hvac related work.

Johnson & Johnson provided our heating and a/c in our custom built home and the service was excellent! They were friendly, professional and efficient. We will definitely use them again if we ever build another home and we recommend them highly! Quality work!

Johnson & Johnson heating and air conditioning installed a 2 unit system for my house. It has had only one minor issue and in 17 years I only had to have 2 service calls. Both times I received a quick response at a fair price. Good solid business. Will definitely use them again.

The first day they were scheduled to come in the morning, they never showed. When I called to find out why, they stated they called but no one answered so they assummed I had changed my mind. I live across the street from them, since they operate out of their home, I had been waiting all morning for them. The second time it was to be in the afternoon, and since I work my mother in law watches my children. She does not speak English well and the tech was uncomfortable with me not being at the home. So I made last minute arrangements to leave work early. When I arrived in a matter of minutes we was able to tell me the a/c unit was frozen because my filters were dirty and my yard needed landscaping because their was ivy growing around the unit. I was charged $106.00! i asked if it was credited then if the unit still did not work after the 4hrs, he said no, that I would still be charged for the service at full price next time. I called the office to let them know I was disatisfied and the lady told me, to call someone else(this is after they got my $$) I told her that I was upset to leave work early for him to tell me to clean my filters. The lady then told me that she thought my mother-in-law should speak English. VERY NASTY, RACIAL,UNPROFFESIONAL SERVICE. IN ADDITION, THEY RIPPED ME OFF SERVICE(OR LACK OF)!!!!. I have already contacted the Better Buisness Bureau and Dept of Consumer Protection Affairs. DO NOT USE!!!! Unless you like to give your $$$ away, then if thats the case I know more honest people that deserve it more than these crooks.
