Provided by YP.comI am Phil Melton. I had an appointment at the "No-Hope" center today. During my previous visit, they never looked me in the eye, and typed on the computer the entire time.
Today, I checked in early but was told to go get lunch and return. My appointment was at 1300, check in at 1245. I returned to the clinic but could not get back to the waiting area or check in because only one person was working the desk with a long line of waiting veternas. I gave up and checked in at the Kiosk, and asked to be let in the door.
At 1515, I asked someone why I was never seen. She said I was a no-show even though I checked in physically once, and again on the Kiosk.
Common sense and professionalism should have prompted someone to ask why I sat in the room and was never called on.
I was finally met by a person who stated she would remedy the situation. Her remedy was to bring me to the front desk and offer me an appointment Friday. That was it, I guess in VA land, the problem was solved. Idiots.

Provided by YP.comI hear a lot of politicians complain about the quality of care for our veterans. I for one want to say I appreciate the excellent care that I have received. You guys are A+
