I WAS OUT RIDING MY GRIZZLY 700 WHEN I HAD A FLAT, WE GOT IT LOADED UP, AND TOOK TO THE FLATOUT IN MARTINSVILLE. THEY SEEMED TO DROP WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO GET ME FIXED UP, I WAS BACK OUT ON THE TRAIL IN LESS THEN THREE HOUR, THEY SAVED MY WEEKEND. THE PARTS GUYS ARE COOL AND SERVICE GUY ARE BEST I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE OWNER OF FLATOUT FINDS HIS PEOPLE, BUT HE HAS STOCKED HIS STORES WITH THE BEST OUT THERE.

These guys are THE BEST!!!......flatout really has it together. My bikes and ATV's are only taken there. The service guys are the most knowledgeable, the parts dept is the friendliest, and the sales guys treat me great.....#1 dealer, check em out!!!

The guys in service are the best! they fixed my bike sooner than I expected and the price was more than fair. They actually treated me like a real person unlike most motorcycle stores I've been in.

They're good kids
