Dewey s just hit it out of the park with a huge flower bouquet! I asked for something special for my wife s 30th anniv, and wow! When they delivered to her, everybody commented how beautiful it was. Thanks dewey's! like always, super job!

I ordered flowers for my wife on our 24th wedding anniversary as a surprise. I put all the info on the order as to time place etc. On the day of delivery the florist called MY WIFE to ask if she was going to be at the school she works at to accept the delivery. Needless to say the surprise effect was lost after receiving the call. She called me, very emotional and I told her to cancel the order. Not only did she not get the flowers, she was upset too. Upon questioning, the florist said it is their policy to make sure the recipient will be there to get the flowers, however no where in the DELIVERY POLICY does it state this. I was extremely upset that they ruined this special day for her. I gave them a 1 star, because they did cancel the order as requested, however I feel they should have, as a good gesture sent something to her anyway at no cost. I know she is not referring anyone to Dewey, nor am I. If you want to surprise that special someone, don't choose Flowers By Dewey.
