An elderly lady called and asked to have her oil tank checked to see if she needed oil for the upcoming season. They came out and filled her tank which held about 13 gallons and left a bill in the door for approx $38. She went immediately to pay the bill and was charged $250!!! Apparently there is a 100 gallon minimum and was not told this. She was also talked down to and treated rudely when paying the bill. She paid $19+ a gallon for oil and was treated poorly for paying her bill the same day it was delivered!! Horrible! Disgusting! Taking advantage of the elderly! I would never use their services!
