When you walk into a place .. you expect someone to take notice... this is not always the case at Staffords. A customer is there to spend money.. a business is there to take money, and some of the staff at Staffords haven't got that notion yet. I have been in there several times, since it is the closest music store to my home. I play trumpet, guitar and a little piano. I originally bought my guitar and keyboard at Staffords and spent well over a grand. Follow up service is poor, but they will gladly sell you the big money items. Problem with all of M'ville is appearance. If you don't have the proper appearance, people figure you have little money to spend I think. This has been my experience.
