The lady who runs this place is devious. She does not know what she is doing. She sent my package incorrectly, and my special needs niece did not get her Halloween costume until 4 days after Halloween! I was on the phone with UPS the entire week before Halloween, and first off, she did not even get my package to the UPS driver until the Monday after I gave her the package. Second, she was supposed to put my package in the UPS computer system, which she absolutely did not do, and in her ignorance she also did not print or fill out the customs form necessary to ship from the US to Canada, which then further delayed my package’s arrival. When I contacted her back after finding out beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is the one who messed all this up to get a refund, she called me a liar and was rude beyond belief, and told me I had to get someone from UPS on the line to prove my side of the story. So if you want your package to arrive on time, don’t go to this place. I guarantee you will regret it. I know I do.
