Roxanne was amazing... My car sounded exactly how I wanted it too.. The service is A1 I will definitely be back with another car!!!!! ����������������

The owners, really went out of their way to help me with the purcahse of the Sony 601 Bt.

They told me I did not need to buy the navigation set up, as long as I had the Iphone and tele nav, well it did not work, seems I needed a firmware udate from Sony to make it work, they went so far as to contact Sony to see when the update would be available and called me and told when to expect it.

Well I did the firmware update stilll did not work, found out I needed tele nav update too.

So updated telnav , it still did not work, so I drove back to their shop, and I was told I needed a video cable, they did not know this at the time of the sale as this was a new product to them.

So Roxanne, takes the new video cable and proceeds to take out the Sony unit and install the cable, now we are both impressed with the operation of the unit.

I asked Roxanne what I owed her for the cable and installation, she told me no charge.

Well, I am impressed with the product and the service after the sale as well.
