Worst Casino I have ever attended. I'm done with poor Customer Service and Managers who do not appreciate my $$$$ nor my business. Patronize them for what? To continue to be humiliated.

we went there on a 10 thousand dollar cash give away it was very misrepresented , every one around us was very unhappy, they had all the slot machines in the area of the give away off due to being replace as the same this in many other places in the casino. we walked around for 2 hours looking for a seat to sit and play cards to no avail. the one entire pit was closed with no dealers to fill it hmmm its a give away night planned by them? i tried to call today only to be hung up on. guess we wont be going back!

Enjoyed a great time with Wife! Top notch Staff and facilities made the evening fly by. We did not want to leave. Didn't win anything but had a good time with it.

This is the best place to gamble. More bang for your buck. Nice Hotel Rooms. Always something to do. They recently renovated the buffet it is very nice now. They have the best slots. Another recent addition is the Jackpot music and lights dancing in the ceiling when anyone hits a taxable jackpot. They also post the amount of the win on the plasma screens around the casino. I highly recommend Harrah's St. Louis for a Great time!!

Everytime I have been to Harrahs its been very smoky. I am not a big fan of this place, maybe because I have never won here.

Best play for the money in St louis area. Best restraunts. fun time. Nice hotel rooms.

We always have a great time at Harrah's even if we aren't gambling but the last time we went several of us couldn't even get in! The line was so long to get a card that they had to go home. Something to work on.

Harrahs is the best casino in the St. Louis area. The staff always goes out of its way to make every visit enjoyable. They have my favorite slots, and they are always mixing things up to add variety to the slots. Every visit there feels like going to Vegas!
