I had to take time off work to accept delivery. They called me at 1:30 5/13 and said they'd be there w/i the hour. They weren't. I called at or around 2:20 to find out if they were close since I was cutting it close. They didn't answer. I called again about 2:35 (while they were 5 minutes late) and the guy explained that he was still 40 minutes out. I told him I couldn't wait and had to get back to work so he could leave it at the door or reschedule a delivery for 5/16 after 1pm. He said he'd have "them" give me a call to schedule. They never did. I called today (5/15) and the lady said it was not possible to schedule for that date. I have asked them to just send it back. I opine that the woman was moderately rude -- she actually said the people weren't late. Once I told her the story, she didn't apologize for accusing me for lying but apologized that she would not be able to deliver it. I'm very unhappy with this company.

THEY DO NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTMER SERVICE THERE. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM
