I have lived here at Lakeview Apartments for more than 10 years now. It's really nice here. Eventhough I am up there in age (like close to 70 years old), I am proud to say, I still can walk to SaveMart and Denny's. The trees are really nice and shady. I like to walk to the lake to feed the ducks and fishes. I have been going to the fishing derby every year now. I feel very safe here and really like the manager here. Jane

The managment at this facility is likely to diappoint you after you've signed the lease contract. There have been several occasions of dishonestly in drawing up the lease. Make sure to read all fine print. Make sure to make note (and picts)of every hole in the wall, stain on the counter top, or scratch on the cabinet. It isn't easy to get your full deposit back, no matter how clean you leave the apartment.

There are train tracks very close to the complex. Trains do run the tracks a couple of times every night. You might want to reconsider if you're a light sleeper.
