Very pleased. Called on a Thursday to get a part for icemaker. Talked to John. He said he could get me one the middle of next week. Reasonable, so I said OK. He called me back a few minutes later and said he had two in stock, so I'd get it following Monday. Even better. Well, the next day, the part arrives at my marina! Don't know what he did, but I was thrilled. Super service.
