.While I lived here we have been through managers after managers BUT last year we got two apartment managers that are awesome. It's a husband and wife the wife runs the office and the husband is the maintenance person. She does a fabulous job running the office and if you have anything go wrong with your apartment you call the office and she'll notify her husband and he'll come fix it. The managers we had before were terrible. But like I said earlier that the ones that came in last year are amazing. When they got here they had a mess of things from the prior managers that they had to play catch up and fix and they did just that they started coming through apartments and fixing prior problems or even new problems. When they first arrived they came through and introduced themselves to everyone. Last year they did a meet and great where they did a cookout and invited everyone to come it was nice and fun. They are doing an amazing job turning this place around. I am very happy with the improvement they had made in a little over a year. But, everyone needs to know that no matter where you live something always happens or breaks but, I can guarantee that with these apartments if you have a problem or anything it will get fix and taken care of. So now I will recommend these apartments to anyone. Also on a plus side there is a park in walking distance from the complex and a nice nature trail. Plus at fair time you don't have to worry about parking just walk across the street and there is the fair.
