Horrible service, how is it that you go into a store enter into an agreement pay over 4thousand dollars for furniture and appliances that were supposed to be new only two items actually were new and the total for all together was supposed to be 3900 and you tell me now I still owe 3500 more! where Is the logic in that after paying 4000 already, you all are CROOKS FLAT OUT! I will publicly make it known to everyone in Marysville what type of business you are running! we work very hard for what we have and you have taken advantage of this situation and did not keep your agreement we have paid over 4k and you want another 4k you are ludicrous! And 3 of the 4 employees we have dealt with have been fired 1 case in which we caught Tim stealing when we were coming in making payments he was pocketing our hard earned money. our receipts show after a 350$ payment in one week was made that we owed 150$ more than when we came in??? we trust when we come into a business and make triple the amounts payments in one month that that's exactly what is taking place, your employee's have taken complete advantage of people trusting that they're money is being distributed among multiple accounts instead putting the minimum amounts and pocketing the rest! How else do you explain a buy out price being 4000$ over what you thought you were agreeing with? Sincerely Very Dissatisfied Customers and Fellow Business Owners in Uptown Marysville!!
