I am so tired of trying to call U Cats and half of the time can't talk to anyone. I have missed Doctors appointments.because U Cats was late. Now When doctors appointments are made That doctors office has to call A member of the Family Team of Family & Children's Services and that department has to call U Cats to schedule A doctors appointment. Now! U Cats has voice mail and does not for the most part, return phone calls. and all appointments has to be made within 24 to 72 hours and often times appointments are not met.
