Cortez was fantastic! I recently purchased a Memory Foam Mat at the Marysville, Wa Aarons furniture store. Cortez was phenominal with understanding my needs & working w/ me as my pay day was still one week out. His Manager was reluctant to believe me & my occupational standing so I had almost went elsewhere (which is why I only gave the property 4 stars), but Cortez was constantly in contact thru the seek leading to payday & re-assured me that we could make it happen. Once i proved to the Manager my income, she bowwed out and Cortez was appologetic for her disrespectful behavior. He immidiatly had my Mat & Box delivered to my residence & the delivery guys were great as well! ONLY DEAL W/ CORTEZ is my advice on this property as Managment seeM to judge a book by its cover & fails to see people for what they truely are capable of & recognizing the accomplishments of those who choose NOT to wear their Suit & Tie while shopping..
