Provided by YP.comTook my truck to Abra on the 16th of Dec, Truck had damage to the driver side headlight the bumper and hood. When going over the truck with Fernando advised him that the keyless control to lock and unlock the doors only worked on the drivers side not the passenger side after the accident. Passenger side headlight worked fine when dropped off.
Fernando called on Dec 23rd and asked me if my truck had wirering problems? Told him no!.
He said its ok we will take care of it. Dec 24th phone call from Fernando saying that the insurance company wanted me to pay 100 to 150 dollars to diagnose the problem to make sure it was because of the accident. If i agreed what would stop these crooks from saying no and I am out 100-150 dollars.
Picked up the truck and was told the high and low beams on headlight passenger side does not work. Keyless control now does not work on the drivers side as well as the passenger side.
Fernando and another employee were full of excuses as well as _ _ _ _! They replaced bumper and headlight on the drivers side. Paint on drivers side front fender doesn't match.
Huge mistake taking my truck to these ripoffs!
