I hit a rock in 2010 and had Safelite replace the windshield. After that, I noticed a wind noise. Safelite said it was my imagination, that the noise must have always been there and I just noticed it. Everything looked ok, and there were no water leaks, so I just lived with the noise. I even started thinking perhaps it *was* my imagination.



Fast forward to Nov 2011 and another big rock. This time I went to Alderwood Auto Glass. Brian, the owner, did the install. Everything looked good, and the price was the same as Safelite quoted. Wow! The wind noise I've been living with for 1-1/2 years is GONE!



Bottom line, he started the job on time, finished it on time, and did an excellent job (obviously better than Safelite). Since then, two members of my family have gone to Alderwood Auto Glass. My son had the windshield in his Dodge Ram replaced, and my wife had a rock-chip repair on her Honda CRV. Both jobs were done perfectly and at very reasonable cost.
