Cedarcrest School was founded in 1991and serves more than 900 students. It is a middle school that offers classes in mathematics, English, science, social studies, physical education, computers and language arts. The school s athletics department provides several sports programs, including cross country, football, soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, swimming, baseball, golf and track. It offers various programs, such as gifted, learning assistance, early childhood education and assistance and advanced placement programs. The school provides special education support for students with disabilities from birth through age 21.
