Provided by YP.comDo not go here if you have a service animal. They let owners discriminate against ESA animals and will deny you, but give a poor excuse as to why to avoid getting in trouble. I have asked to speak with a manager and no one calls back. I am not getting legal action because the reason I was denied is false.

Provided by YP.comRented a property from Delta for 2 1/2 years in Everett. Our rental agent was Jamie who was constantly rude, talked down to us and unbelievably unprofessional (over sharing personal information, complaining about how busy she is ect...)
Called in multiple repairs on multiple occasions that were never addressed. All the contracting work is done by a company that is owned by the same people as Delta and the work is shoddy. Jamie almost never returned my calls. Deposit checks must be returned within 14 days and it has been 17 days as of writing this with zero communication.
If you enjoy being berated, insulted and ignored this is property management company for you.

1. REPAIR MAN A JOKE! The repair man, who speaks not a lick of English, takes at least a month or longer to get around to any actual repairs. Then when he does show up he doesn't know what he is doing anyway so he is pretty much useless. For Example, our sliding glass door barely opens. He showed up, sticks a screwdriver on the track, said he couldn't fix it, then told US to contact the office and tell them they have to contact the manufacturer when that is HIS job in the first place. ANOTHER Example: He was supposed to fix our garage door so we could open it from the outside. He shows up, doesn't have the parts, says he will come back. 2 hours later he is back and still is missing parts but tries to fix it. Well now our garage door opens from the outside but doesn't lock so anyone walking by can open it and get in. It has been this way for almost a month now.Our front screen door was also placed on by him. It does not fit, it is way too small, he had to put 2 chunks of wood on the door frame to screw the screen into to get it to latch to the other side of the door jam. There is about a 5 inch space below the screen door that is a huge gap and bugs fly in constantly. We now have to stick a towel under it because we don't know what will happen if we ask to have that repaired as well.2. DO NOT CALL IN AND COMPLAIN! You will get lectured or the OWNER, Devaron, will tell your husband to watch your wife. I called because the repair man's truck was parked in our driveway, blocking our cars, so we thought he was there for us since he was using our driveway and blocking our cars in. He drives a small moving truck, but according to the OWNER it is a van, this point was made very clear while he was lecturing my husband on how I need to get things straight. So anyway, I called to find out what was going on and why he hadn't come to our door and his truck was parked there. The owner says he will find out and then call us back. He calls us back after he had yelled at his employee for "sitting in the driveway" and then tells us that his maintenance man is very upset. Never mind the reason why we called was to find out why after a month plus of waiting for ANY repairs to be done his truck was in our driveway but no repair man. Turns out he was working on the neighbors duplex but felt he could block the cars in regardless. Then after we get off the phone with the owner of the company, the repair man himself calls us and tries to tell us what happened. KEEP IN MIND we were just asking why it was parked there.3. CLEANING LADY IS A LIE! Before we moved in we were told that our duplex had been cleaned by a cleaning lady. Well she must be blind as a bat. There was pee and black film on the walls in the bathroom downstairs, the freezer had blue mold growing in it. The garage floor is covered in broken glass shards and filth. The upstairs bathroom had mold growing in it, the glass sliding shower doors were covered in filth. There were spider webs and nests all over the duplex. This place was not cleaned. The only thing that was clean was the toilet bowl, I can tell because I have to clean it pretty much weekly since the water here turns it pink.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are horrible. Completely unprofessional, thieving, slumlords! I was yelled at for no reason. They tried to charge me ridiculous things that were wrong with the property long before I got there out of my deposit. They don't fix things in a timely fashion if at all. Stay away!

Delta property management has been very good to us for several years. They have responded Quickly & Efficiently to all our needs. If I was only allowed one word to describe this type of service it would be " Outstanding ".
