Made an appointment for pumping ST 2-weeks prior to service date. Jim shows up precisely on the day and time scheduled. He locates, plots the rough dimensions of the tank and nails the exact locations of both 20" access lids for my double compartment tank. With just a few shovels of earth and grass he exposes the lids; they're out and pumping the scum, affluent and sludge layers begin. As the level of tank contents neared the zero mark Jim set to work with a garden hose to loosen and place in suspension remaining sludge adhering to tank floor and walls for evacuation into the truck's tank along with the rest. Obviously this feller has pumped a few tanks in his day! His professionalism thoroughness and attention to detail (yard restoration) was most appreciated. As he departed, some muddy topsoil around slightly disturbed sod was the only evidence he had ever been there.
