My house was soooo dirty! I just had surgery and I couldn't really take care of my house. They came inside and cleaned it all up for me! I wanted to get a new machine and they helped me with that as well. God bless!

They helped me clean my house. Very hard with kids. They blow baloons and made it snow. Bless them they give my wife a day off!

It gets all my stains out. if these guys didn't show up, i wouldn't even know it existed.

I had my old Kirby fix by a guy from this office. The staff had a great customer service they made sure I used my machine properly & thought me a lot of things a Kirby could do, I used to think It was so expensive but after 18 yrs now I know why I spent a lot of money, It does everything! I Also bought a new one from them specifically for my mattress due to my asthma. But this company had earned my business!

I bought a kirby and ended up not wanting it after 2 days so i returned it the came and got it in 5 days.It has been 5 weeks and i have not got my deposit back and no one will answer there phone. The manager tried to give me a better deal on it so would keep it. Give me your best deal first not last and i want my damn deposit back.

This company is very unethical. They go to the same neighborhood in Tacoma, WA and knock on doors, most of the time knock the same block three times in one day, which is harassment. They advertise in CL that they will pay you just to do a vacuum demo for $500 a week. They work you 12-13 hours a day and will not pay you the pay they advertise on CL. They mislead their customers and there own employees just to make a buck. The owner is scum middle eastern treat women bad and favors the men.

The boss of the company is ok. He is an average salesmen. He's pushy but that's to be expected. The other people for the business seemed nice though.
