I had nothing but superb service from this grooming salon. I've never been completely satisfied with most grooming shops I've taken my shih-tsu to. They can never get the haircut right, and the customer service wasn't very impressive. However, at K9 Villa, they asked very detailed and thorough questions so that they would be able to meet my expectations for my dog's haircut. The employees were personable and friendly, and very easy to work with. They worked with my work schedule so as to make it more convenient for me to drop off and pick up my dog. They treated me so well and it was nice to have that from a grooming shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone who wants their dog's hair cut properly and likes to be appreciated as a customer.

I went here asking for a simple shave down and they did not do it. They said my dog would not look right so they syled him. I wanted a shave down because in the summer he sheds a lot and is in the house. I would not recomend this company to anyone. Plus they are way over priced. You could save about 30 dollars by going to petsmart or anywhere else.
