Robyn told me she could prepare our taxes for 2012. She held on to them for a long time. Finally on April 12th I was able to look them over. She said we owed the IRS $500 - I found an error and asked her to correct it. She refused and told me to take my taxes elsewhere! I had one day to find someone. I went to Liberty Taxes on State St and they worked overtime to get them done in time and found the error and did a beautiful job and we walked away with a $5000 refund! I would definitely NOT recommend this CPA office to anyone!
