This place is a gem! Great people...stunning lake...activities galore...super close to the ocean...amazing!

Throughout my lifetime of 62 years I have spent a good deal of my leisure time at various campgrounds in eight states. I came to Port Susan to visit some friends here a few years back. I was impressed by the maintenance department most of all by their fast response when it came to water leaks on a members site or their diligence at keeping the roads clear of ice and snow during winter snowfall. The dedication of the maintenance crew to solving problems within the park in a timely manner sold me in my decision to buy two sites here. Though I was somewhat dismayed by the sales department at the time I do not regret having bought my two sites. The amenities available at Port Susan whether it's beachcombing at the Salt Water Beach or picking up some milk and propane at the store or checking my mail add to the overall quality of life here in the park. My only reason for not giving a higher overall rating is the 30 amp service to each site. Many RV parks I have been to have 50 to 75 amp connections. On the other hand as I mentioned Port Susan is rich in the number of user friendly services much more so than other parks I have been to. Peace Echo Tango26
