During the rental period they pretty much just left us alone as long as we paid on time. They make the repair request process extensive as a way of deferring it, I felt. So actually renting from them wasn't so bad. Moving out, the place was spotless other than the carpet that our kids stained up. We even pressure washed the front of the house, driveway, and back deck. We also repaired a bunch of stuff that was previously broken but wasn't visible upon initial inspection such as drawer and cabinetry hardware. They took almost half of our $1595 deposit. Not very happy about it. Still waiting on receipts from the companies they contract to perform the repair and cleaning work. Very nice people to rent from otherwise.
