Will diffidently rent with this company again,....trusted most of the staff with my checks and payments plus with most of the places we went to look at.

recommanded some of our family members with this company and they have been so curtious. we appreciate that! this place is a lot better then Delta Property Managers in Marysville. So i would move to Windermer RMI for all the questions you might have concerning rent or buying and talk to NICOLE. thank you! (she is the nicest person ever!)

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! We are still trying to resolve issues regarding our deposit, and claims of how the property was left. We rented from them for nearly four years, and now they have ROBBED US! We were great tenants, rent was NEVER late, and the owner himself complimented our home when he came out to the property for maintenance issues. We moved out the end of August and still havent received our security deposit back or an explanation of why! I have been more than patient with this company, and have tried to contact them by phone, email, and certified letters.They gave the same run around to the housing office, and to our insurance company. We are a military family, and they partner with the miltary housing and offer homes,if you wish to live out in town. BIG MISTAKE! We paid money to have the place cleaned once we vacated the property by a professional, and are owed for that expense as well. We even had our renters insurance pay them, so they have gotten over on us, BIG TIME, and still will not respond to us. I have no clue why they are taking us through all of this, I'm just baffled honestly on how unprofessional( to say the least,)this company and staff have treated us. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
