John Dahman has a gift with animals. Our two dogs both have sweet dispositions. Together they were fighting and a challenge. John was our last ditch effort to keep both of our pets. He assured us that the behaviors were not out of the ordinary and were fixable with training. We are now a happy family. Both dogs are responding to commands, walking off leash, and we are all enjoying the time we spend together! Thank you John!

John is an amzing trainer. We have a blind Sheltie who had an issue with barking, spinning and walking on a leash. It only took one session with John to get Sammi walking on a leash and to not spin in circles. She is better at home and can sit/lay down and stay on leash with me close by. We have completed our six week session with John and I have signed up Sammi's sister for training with John starting next week.

It was such a pleasurable experience taking my German Shepherd to train with Animal Specialities. John is a very knowledgeable trainer in all areas. My first class was the basic obedience. When I walked in the class I was basically dragged by my GSD. John said don't worry, when you leave today you will be the one in charge. He was right! We went on to train with John on off leash training as well. Could not be happier with our training that John offered. John is what I would expect a Master Trainer to be.

John thoroughly exceeded my expectations, although he'd been recommended by three of my friends. He is very knowledgeable of pack mentality and teaches owners to be aware of how the dog perceives situations, which allows for consistent training of high quality. John practices everything he teaches. Thanks to him, my dog and I are able to communicate and now have a much stronger relationship. And he no longer bolts out the door!

John is such a great dog trainer. The class we took was fun, laid back, but very effective. The cost is very reasonable as well! I highly recommend John's services!
