OPEN NOW - Open 24 Hours

On July 24, 2015, I arrived at this UHaul just before 2pm to return the rental. There is a sign on the door stating that they will return at 2pm. I wait and someone shows up to unlock the doors at 2:09pm. Another customer had arrived before this to return their rental as well.

When returning my UHaul, the guy took my keys and went out to the rental to check it out. When he comes back, he stated that I brought the rental back with 7/8 of a tank of gas and took it out with a full tank. I explain that I took pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage before taking the rental and took pictures of the fuel gauge and mileage when I returned the rental. I in fact brought it back with the same or more gas than when I took it. He stated he wouldn’t look at my pictures.

He brings over the itemized bill and starts going through it. I look at the total and it was roughly what I expected it to be so I interjected and let him know that I am fine with the way the invoice stands. He states that he is trying to explain the bill to me. I then let him know that it is fine and that I have a closing appointment at a title company to be at on my house. He states that I have a bad attitude. I let it go. He then charges my card but doesn’t give me a receipt. I ask if I can have a receipt. He tells me that I have to say “please”. I said what? He repeats and states that I have to say “please”. I say, “please”. He says “please what”. I said, “may I please have a receipt”. He then makes a copy of the invoice and gives it to me.

I then leave and meet my wife and friend outside and tell them what happened. He then comes out with the other customer that is returning their rental and hears me telling the people with me what happened. He then says, “You have a bad attitude for a little f*cker”. He said this in front of the customers that were returning their rental as well as in front of my friend and wife. The other customer even had his young son with him. If you are going to use UHaul, find a different location other than at King's Service. You have been warned.

I rented a UHaul & had a lawn mower serviced.

UHaul truck was perfect & lawn mower is like new. Way to go Kings Towing & Automotive.

Absolutely the worst I have seen!! I just got into a bad automobile accident and went and got my stuff out later that day and all terry did was yell at us and tell us we could not get anything out of it due to insurance!!! I really hope they go out of business. He even then decided to tell me to get off of his property that it wasn't a "circus" I highly would say DO NOT go here!
