I am sorry that the 1st reviewer had such a bad time there ... I have dealt with Rapid Refill in Maryville twice, in both instances the folks there were polite and helpful. I made a purchase mistake and after several days I returned and they exchanged for like value. Yes, the kids can be a little "dingie" but they are neither rude or lacking in effort to help I'm my limited experience there.
