Troy came the same day I called him and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional taking time to listen to my concerns even though he was on a tight schedule. When I explained some of the problems I was having he did some test then explained to me it was my leaching field that was the problem not the septic tank. Even though he could not do the repair he recommended David Garland (who he works with on repairs). Between the two my septic problems are fixed and in a timely manner. At what I thought was a very reasonable price. If I could give them 10 stars I would, they are the best in the business!! I highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and professional. On time, prepared, and they clean up after themselves. Price is reasonable, and he is licensed and insured. Works well with other professionals, and has a long list of recommended service providers.

We had a septic emergency today. Troy gave up his lunch break to help us. He did a wonderful job! He cleaned up our lawn and septic hookup. His fee was better than reasonable. I was prepared for a nightmare, but the experience was nothing of the sort. I HIGHLY recommend Big T's!
