I will not recommend my friend's to cycology bikes for maintenance!!! I took an expensive carbon fiber bicycle to them for work which I specified in detail!

They failed to follow my instructions and left much of it undone. But what they did work on was incorrectly done (overtorquing) in several places.

They allowed a mechanic trainee to work on my bike. this should not have happened without my permission! I was very dissatisfied and theyeven overcharged

for the work (in my opinion) .

I had to take my bike to another LBS where they corrected the problems created by

the beginner mechanic, and the LBS correctly tuned and serviced my bike all for less

than half of what I was charged at cycolgy bikes.

Last of all there was an employee named Lindsay who was a smart mouthed and rude person! After her rudeness to me I would never consider buying a bike from Cycology bikes. So I simply had a bad experience in dealing with them!!!
