I worked for this Dollar tree for 3 years not to mention at cashier pay near the end of my employment,going to 3 stores helping them get their stored together,task I g on manager duties at the Maryville store,hurt my back in the back room,to be told by the New DM Heather that I cld put in for management but after Christmas giving my hours to an employee that just started 2 weeks ago and now in management.I was forced to quit as I no longer cld pay my bills with the hours given.Now being out of work almost 6 months Bc of the back injury at $0 income. I have built a pretty big resentment towards Dollar a Tree which I loved my job and broke m back doing and was very dedicated to the company for three years to get injured,hours cut, hours given to a new employee and a management position I was told I wld be coming up for which never happened.And now told through workers comp. That I won't be compensated for time I've been unemployed Bc I left the company.I feel once my hours and higher position was stripped from me i had to leave.A muti million dollar compny and to treat your employees as such really crappy.
