Called and left 3 messages over the course of 2 weeks. The last message contained email and phone number. Never heard back.

Forced to drive 40 minutes into Knoxville now.

Well after a month of waiting and 3 1/2 weeks since my computer was fixed I finally get a response. Tell the guy after waiting so long he was too late. You can see in the pic how it went from there. Being called an A-hole for telling the guy he took too long really sums up his professionalism.
