Waste of my time off from work and waste of my daughters time. Arrived at 330 to take learners permit for my daughter and was told after 15minutes of waiting in line that they dont have time to give her the test. 25 questions in an hour an a half. The man at the information desk was rude and had no explanation other than shrugging his shoulders and shaking his head no. "Don't have time". Typical Blount County Government employees. Go to Knox or Sevier, they appreciate you're money.
