Not only do they not fix my transmission but they broke my radiator, which had just recently been replaced, in the process and I had to pay for it, because "It wasn't their fault." They worked on my transmission twice promised me that it would be better than what they took out and every time it hit 35 to 45 miles an hour it vibrated I spent $3,000, went 2 weeks without a car having three children it was the most stressful experience I've ever had. When it was all said and done there was never an apology there was only an offer for a free oil change which to me is a slap in the face and nothing was ever fixed and I ended up trading it in spending $30,000 verses the promised 2500 when I walked in. I would not believe any other review I read on here because let me tell you you can do your job good but you're not going to be perfect and how you react when you mess up speaks more volumes to me about their character. It makes me sick everytime I think about it.

Provided by YP.comI had the transmission for a 2001 Honda Civic EX remanufactured at Tranco, and it took less than 2 days of labor. They offered me a 1 year, 10,000 mile parts and labor warranty, for no additional cost. As I understand it, this is standard fair at Tranco.
There are cheaper shops in Blount County. But I don't feel that Tranco is overpriced at all. Especially for service that you get from the staff there. Communication is clear and timely, and if you have a question or don't understand something, they don't talk down to you when they explain what's going on. Overall an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend them, 100%.
