LIVID. In a rush during work lunch break to buy a nose piercing. After politely asking 4 different customer associates to please page a manager or specialist to the jewelry counter no one came for 20 minutes!!! Next I found a lady, appearing to be a manager, and was greeted with an attitude saying "I'll page someone." After another 8 minutes of pacing the same lady came and unlocked the jewelry for me. I asked for an 18 gage nose piercing and was given it. Checked out and rushed back to work, clocked in late, only to find out it was a lip piercing!!!!! Waiting a ridiculous amount of time and then getting a wrong product was infuriating when the nose piercing is about to close up and you desperately need something to keep the skin from closing. Never again.

Diane was very helpful over the phone...she went in search of a product for me so I wouldn't have to drive a long way if they were out of the product.....Great service.

I am going to stop going to this Walmart in Maryville, a nice little town next to the Smokies. The manager does not care about the customers. They check you receipt and cart at the door. Never been to a Walmart that does that. They are always out of popular grocery items. CDs are under lock and key. I think he is trying to be a regional manager and is following corporate rules to the max at the expense of customers. It's a shame that every customer is see as a criminal. I well go to another store.

I don't know what the lady's name was, but she was working in the hardware dept on Sept.24,2010 at 11:15 a.m. I called about a light bulb and she was rude and sounded like it was a chore for her to do her job. With so many people out of work, she should be happy to help and sound like she is happy to have a job. I will look for a light bulb elsewhere.
